- How do you ship & what does it cost? Our shipping methods include Fed-Ex and USPS, and based on your location and weight of package. Below is a chart to provide our normal shipping methods. This chart does not guarantee which method we will use, but rather as a guide. All standard ground ship methods within the 48 ground states will be charges a flat $5.99 no matter how much you buy.

Ground - Door-to-door Business Address delivery in 1-6 business days, depending on distance to the destination. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3-7 business days. Service dates are Monday - Friday by end of Business day.
Home Delivery - Door-to-door Home Address delivery in 1-6 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service dates are Tuesday-Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
2-3 Day Express- By 7pm in 2-3 business days to (most areas 2 days, some areas are 3 days). Service dates are Monday - Friday. Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days.
Next Day Air - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Service dates are Monday - Friday (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to certain remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 1 or 2 business days.
International Economy- 3-5 business day delivery to most International addresses. Service dates are Monday - Friday. Brokerage fees are included, but customs & duty fees are payable by the recipient.
ATTENTION! - Shipping Rates do not include Customs Duties and Taxes, if applicable.
International buyers are responsible for any additional Customs clearance charge (Duties and Taxes). International shipments may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes.Such fees are levied once a shipment reaches the final international destination. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Best Costume Shop has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount of such fees. We encourage all our international customers to contact their local customs office or local FedEx brokerage office if they need additional information before purchasing our products.

Once my order has been placed, when do you ship? Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days* for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. *(business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays)

Where will BestCostumeShop.com ship my order? We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide during check-out. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Boxes and shipment of your order will be delayed. Please make sure your address is listed correctly with any street suffixs (St, Rd, Ave) and any apartment or suite numbers. Any missing information can delay the delivery of your order.
- Do you ship outside the USA? Yes, we ship to APO/FPO, Canada, and most International countries. During check-out there will be shipping options for these locations, please make sure to pick the correct shipping method for your location. All APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS, and delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Canada shipping is done either by Fed-Ex Canada Standard or USPS, the decision on which shipping method used is based on your location and final weight/size of package. International shipping is also done via Fed-Ex, and can be expensive, depending on your location and weight of package. Any duty or customs fees that are charge by your government is at your expense and not inlcuded in the quoted shipping rates. If you have any questions about your countires custom rules, please check with your local customs office, as we do not have this information. We make no guarantees for any delivery times with any shipments outside the USA.

Can you tell me how long it will take for my package to arrive? Depending on your locattion, shipping can take between 2-6 business days. All products ship from our Torrance (Los Angeles) warehouse. Below is a map with estimated transit times. Please make sure that you do not include any weekends or holidays in your transist time, as transit days are business days*. *(business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
